The new extension and refurbishment of existing building including site works; the new extension was circa 2659m2 while the area of refurbishment was 2,159m2. The site works consisted of the provision of new access roads, hard and soft landscaping, services and infrastructure to school. Total estimated cost of development € 2,975,000.
Sub-Contract Package
Site set up, groundworks, drainage, sub-structure concrete works, all weather amenity pitch construction, external finishes and landscaping.
