Main Project Description
This ambitious scheme which was built on a 3.54 hectares site at the grounds of the Marist Convent and included 47 apartments, 23 luxury town houses, six retail shops, three Health Board units for those in need of sheltered housing, over thirty affordable houses and a medical centre. A new residence for the Marist Sisters, consisting of twenty bedrooms, was also included in the project. The development was carried out on a partnership agreement between the Marist Sisters, who had secured planning permission for the project, the SOPHIA Housing Association and Bennett Construction.
