Main Project Description
The HSE has completed the refurbishment of the south and part of the west block of the house, which is a protected structure. The work consisted of the internal refurbishment of the building, alterations to the existing external walls to provide additional entrances, the replacement and extension of the existing external stairway to roof level, and a new external canopy. There was also the associated site works, including soft landscaping, significant drainage upgrades and alterations, new water main, street lighting, car parking and set down areas, as well as new signs at the main entrance to the campus, located on the town’s Dublin Road.
Sub-Contract Package
New drainage system including underground storage tanks, new car park, including footpaths and limestone paving, remove and install new external fire escape stairs, install new steel canopy at front entrance.
